“This is more than just a business, this is my love project for my family. ‘Katoa’ is my mothers maiden name & for me holds a definition for a strong, loving and humbling woman in my life.
Katoa Collection is a passion project of my two favourite things- love & family. We bring island inspired scented candles in to your home, all hand poured by yours truly- with love.

ULA & HER BROTHERS
Noelle is the artist behind 'Ula&HerBrothers' - named for her little girl Ula and her four boys. Firstly a painter, today she works primarily as a printmaker - creating fine art linocut prints, handcarved stamps, making handbound books, homeware, greeting cards and more.
Her entire body of work is informed by her culture, her identity as a Pacific Islander and her desire for her children to learn about and be proud of the artistic heritage of our people.
NONA LAURA & CO
I started my small business Nona Laura Candles in 2013 out of my love for scented candles! I have always loved having a beautiful aroma through my home, but would get disheartened that the candle would either burn to fast or not have a scent once it was lit.
Long story short, I decided to start creating a product that I genuinely loved, and soon enough, my friends starting catching on which is how Nona Laura Candles came to be.
Besides, who doesn’t love candles? The flicker of that tiny little flame when the lights are out is the ultimate mood-setter, and paired with the delicious aromas, it is truly therapeutic and relaxing.
6 years on now, I am excited to expand and launch Nona Laura & Co. I have since expanded by selling other products that I genuinely adore, such as aromatherapy diffusers, rattan bags, and most recently silk pillows.
With four seasons throughout the year, I will endeavour to bring distinctive items into every season. Along with this I am excited at the opportunity and potential to collaborate with other designers and local businesses as I endeavour to bring stunning pieces to you.

We're Tam and Miss Sienta, a mum and daughter duo that create fun dangles and studs for your earloafs (thats what Miss cutie called them her first ever time and I laughed all day long... and its now stuck).
What better way to teach young ones about business than to start one with them.
In this journey together, I hope to teach Sienta how to manage the website listings, price accordingly, take the pics, make supply purchases and do many things that are behind the scenes. I think the best thing we'll learn together is to design, create files for our designs, and spend good quality time together.
We started our homeschool journey a few years ago and we love to spend time together, knitting, shopping, baking, travelling all over the place, and doing many activities that mums and their girls do.
Thanks for stopping by, we will launch on 8th August 2018 [yes, thats 8/8/18] - excitement and nerves!
If you have any questions, please send a message or email. Otherwise you can visit our website avonlei.com
